Our Guarantee

As a professional FTD florist, we guarantee every order we deliver or send through FTD for delivery in the United States and Canada and on all FTD branded products. This does not include substitutions on orders.

If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, we will send a replacement. All you need to do is notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your order by phone, After 48 hours there no guarantee. There are no refunds on orders only replacement.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be done within 2 hours of placing your order. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of a minimum of $15. There are no cancellations during the holiday weeks of Valentine's, Easter, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas .

Incorrect Address:
Changes to address information or incorrect address after the order has been placed resulting in a redelivery will be subject to a $15 charge.

No refunds on refused orders. No refunds on recieptants not home or not at work or left the hospital for delivery. Make sure recieptant will be home or at work or hospital during the day of the delivery date requested. We are not responsible if they are on vacation left the hospital or not at work, etc.
